Can I fold, cut and paint it?
Fold it in a bench or pan-brake folder; 0.55 will not fold clean by hand. Cut with snips, a nibbler or a guillotine, not a grinder: the heat burns the coating back from the edge and the hot swarf rusts into the face. Paint only after a degreaser wash, a light scuff and an etch primer made for ZINCALUME® or galvanised steel; straight paint peels. If it has to be a colour, we suggest you buy the COLORBOND® version.

What warranty does it carry?
BlueScope warranty on the steel against perforation by corrosion, term by location and distance from salt water; register after installation.
