REFUND POLICY
Due to the fact that most of our products are of a custom ordered nature, each refund case will be assessed by our technical department.
Custom cut and non-stock goods are NOT returnable for example roofing sheets, guttering, gutter accessories, downpipes, downpipe accessories, fascia, fascia accessories, flashings, polycarbonate sheets, accessories and more. We strongly encourage our customers to make sure they are ordering the correct length, colour, quantities, product they require etc.
It is the duty of the purchaser to inspect the goods and receipt prior to usage. In the event of any defect or fault in material supplied, liability is limited to replacement of defective material only, any consequential loss however caused, will not be accepted. If a product is damaged on delivery, notify Us by contacting our sales counter on 1300 886 944. We will not refund the delivery fee where the products have been delivered to You unless You are returning the product because it was damaged.
Please always double-check your order including selected colour, lengths and quantities, as unfortunately, we cannot be liable for your mistakes ie REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND.
Claims
Metal Roofing Online is committed 100% to customer satisfaction. If any claims arise, this must be within 7 days of delivery of goods by sending an email to sales@metalroofingonline.com.au or contacting us via phone. Any claims requests which are not lodged within the time frame specified will not be accepted.
Any costs incurred to return goods to the place of dispatch are at the buyer's expense. Goods and packaging must be in original condition, free from damage and blemishes. "Made to order" goods and non-stock items which are accepted by the buyer in good order and condition are non-returnable. Metal Roofing Online reserves the right to decline any return of goods. Please note manufacturers' return policy will apply to each specific product. No refunds will be given - goods can only be exchanged for other goods to the equivalent value less any costs.
