REFUND POLICY

Custom cut and made to order goods

Roofing sheets, guttering, gutter accessories, downpipes, fascia, flashings, polycarbonate sheets and similar products are cut or ordered to your measurements. These goods cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, ordering the wrong length, colour or quantity, or no longer needing them.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This applies to custom cut goods too. Change of mind is different from a faulty product. If what we supply is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund as the law requires.

Damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied

Please inspect your goods and delivery docket when they arrive, before use and before installation begins. If anything is damaged or not what you ordered:

• Note it on the delivery docket where possible
• Contact us within 7 days on 1300 886 944 or sales@metalroofingonline.com.au with your order number and photos

We'll arrange replacement of damaged or incorrectly supplied items. The 7 day window helps us lodge claims with our carriers. It does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Delivery fees are not refundable unless you are returning goods because they were faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Orders and pricing

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we send you confirmation and payment has cleared. If a pricing or website error is obvious in your order, we may cancel and fully refund it before dispatch. We'll contact you first if this happens.
