How to Measure & Order Custom Flashings

Accurate Flashing Measurements Made Simple

When ordering CUSTOM COLORBOND® roof flashings online, accurate measurements ensure a perfect fit and weatherproof finish. At Metal Roofing Online, every flashing is made to order — cut, folded and delivered direct to site over Victoria, New South Wales, ACT, Queensland and Tasmania.

1. Measure Each Dimension Clearly

  • Front Face (A): The visible vertical section of your flashing once installed.
  • Top (B): The horizontal section that sits over the sheet or wall cladding.
  • Back (C): The rear leg that returns under or behind the roof sheeting or wall.

Always measure to the nearest millimetre and confirm roof pitch or junction angle before ordering. Use a folded sample or existing piece as a template if available.

2. Choose Your Material & Finish

We manufacture in genuine BlueScope COLORBOND® or ZINCALUME® steel, available in .55 BMT for maximum strength and durability. Choose from all standard COLORBOND® colours, including popular options like Monument®, Surfmist® and Woodland Grey®.

3. Length & Transport

Custom flashings can be ordered up to 8 metres in length. For ease of handling and freight, many installers choose 3-metre sections.

4. Add to Cart & Checkout

Once your measurements are entered, select your colour and quantity, then click Add to Cart. Our system automatically applies regional delivery pricing for Victoria, NSW, QLD and Tasmania.

Tip: Include matching Barge Capping or Ridge Capping in your order to complete your roofing system.
