Light and heat don't track together. Opal lets in more light than Light Bronze and blocks more heat than Grey.

What are the sheet specs?
Effective cover 760mm, one-rib side lap. Minimum roof pitch 3°, which is 180mm of fall over a 3.6m sheet. Maximum purlin spacing 900mm at sheet ends, 1000mm mid-span. Made to AS/NZS 4256.5, fire tested to AS 1530.3, and rated for BAL-12.5 and BAL-19 verandahs, carports and awnings where the roof is separate from the house. Matches COLORBOND® TRIMDEK® for a mixed roof. For a corrugated roof, see corrugated polycarbonate. Not for industrial use.
How do I fix it?
UV side up. The sheet is UV protected on one side only. Fit it label side up, or it will yellow and the warranty won't cover it. Run anti-noise tape along every batten first. Fix every rib with 65mm x 14g polycarbonate screws and 26mm dome washers, through pre-drilled holes: 10mm for sheets up to 4.2m, 12mm for longer, so the sheet can expand in the heat without cracking. Don't overtighten. Finish the ends with TRIMDEK® foam infill. Cut with a fine-toothed blade.
How long does delivery take?
Each sheet is cut after you order. Delivery takes approximately 4 to 6 working days, depending on location. Select your state above for local pricing. Store sheets flat in the shade with nothing stacked on top until you fit them.
What warranty does it carry?
Ampelite lifetime warranty against excessive discolouration of clear sheets and loss of light transmission on all colours, plus 10 years against hail damage from stones up to 25mm. Conditions apply, including correct installation with the UV side up. Full terms on the Ampelite brochure.
