Installation Overview
Cut each gutter end at 45°
Leave a slight lap on the bottom flat section, lapping in the direction of water flow
Allow a ~10mm gap between the curved gutter sections
Slide the cast angle into position from underneath
Secure using silicone sealant and rivets

The ZINCALUME® external quad gutter cast angle is designed to form a 90-degree external corner on 115mm quad gutter systems. Manufactured as a single-piece cast fitting, it provides a strong, neat junction that supports consistent water flow around external corners.

This product is compatible with Lysaght 115mm Quad Gutter profiles and is commonly used in residential and light commercial installations where durability and long service life are required. The cast design eliminates the need for complex mitre folding, making it a reliable option for achieving a professional finish.

Installation is completed by sliding the cast angle into position from underneath the gutter. The connection is then sealed and fixed using silicone sealant and rivets to create a secure, watertight joint.
