Perfect for residential, commercial and DIY roofing and skylight projects across Australia.

Consisting of three different profiles, corrugated, greca and 5 rib - handy when you need to match a polycarbonate sheet against a metal roofing sheet.  The most popular profile in our range is the corrugated polycarbonate panel. The whole range offers 99.9% protection from the suns damaging rays.  Once installed to your outdoor living area, carport roof or similar project, we are sure that you will be as excited as we are with this fantastic product.

On a cloudy and sunny day, Polycarbonate roofing experiences a process called “expansion and contraction”.  This can give that “cracking” and “creaking” sound, which is caused when the roofing panels rub against the timber batten the panels are fixed to.  To reduce and avoid this noise, we recommend the use of “self-cutting” screws. These roofing screws incorporate a “cutting head” on the shaft which cuts an oversized hole in the sheet, allowing room to expand, thus hugely reducing that annoying “cracking” sound.

Another great product to reduce noise is the aptly named “Anti Noise Tape”.  This product is rolled out across the top of the battens before the sheets are screwed down. This tape is extremely easy to install - one side is sticky.  Simply roll and push!

What is Polycarbonate Sheeting?

Polycarbonate sheeting is a durable, lightweight plastic material commonly used in roofing and other applications such as skylights, greenhouses, and conservatories. It is made from a polycarbonate thermoplastic polymer, known for its high impact resistance and excellent thermal insulation properties.

Advantages of Polycarbonate Sheeting

  1. Durability: Polycarbonate sheeting is highly durable and can withstand extreme weather conditions, making it an ideal choice for regions with heavy snowfall or hailstorms.

  2. Lightweight: Polycarbonate sheeting is much lighter than traditional roofing materials like metal or concrete, which makes it easier to transport, handle and install.

  3. UV Resistance: Polycarbonate sheeting is highly resistant to UV rays, so it won't fade or degrade over time, making it a long-lasting roofing material.

  4. Energy Efficiency: Polycarbonate sheeting has excellent thermal insulation properties, which helps to keep the interior of a building cool in the summer and warm in the winter. This can help to reduce energy costs and improve overall energy efficiency.

  5. Cost-effective: Polycarbonate sheeting is an affordable roofing material compared to other options like metal or concrete. It is also easy to install, which can save on installation costs.
