Constructed from COLORBOND® steel it will not contort, shrink or decay making it essentially maintenance free and may be integrated with most COLORBOND® guttering profiles using our spring clip system which allows fast easy installation and adjustment to falls. The Metal Fascia System has been designed for ease of use. A spring clip snaps on to the Fascia and makes fixing of the gutters quick and easy. It is available in custom cut lengths to suit your application.
Available in the range of COLORBOND® colours to suit your needs • Custom cut to prevent waste, which gives extra savings • Designed to integrate perfectly with gutters. Once you have selected to purchase metal fascia, you will require standard rafter brackets (SRB's). Approximately one every 700mm, to hold the fascia into position. Also you will need spring clips and overstraps to attach the guttering in place, approximately one every 900mm.
PLEASE NOTE - MAXIMUM SUPPORT SPACING:

FASCIA INSTALLATION PROCEDURE - SUPPORT SPACINGS
The metal fascia should be supported on rafter clips at 1200mm (maximum centres). Do not use the fascia as an end span support to screw roof sheets to.
Use at least two fixings (Hex Head screws; self-drilling screw for steel, or Type 17 for timber) into the pre-punched holes & slots to secure to the rafter. If slots are used, then further fixings may be recommended.
Fix a rafter clip at each end of the section, then run a string line from end to end. Attach one or two rafter brackets at the mid-region of the run, and make sure these middle brackets are perfectly in line with the end ones.
Attach the fascia horizontally under each end clip, then flip it forward and lever it over the top of the bracket into the vertical position.
Alter the fascia to the correct position by sliding it along the brackets, then secure the surplus of the intermediate brackets by twisting into the fascia first, then connecting to the rafters. (Notching, holing or distortion of the metal fascia is not recommended.)
When done correctly, the fascia should be levelled around the whole house. Connect all corners and mitres; then, the spring clips should be installed to create the fall for the gutter.
